Underpainting
Some people have been asking me some questions about how that last watercolour went down. The answer is, of course, swearing and prayer. In any case, I also started with an underpainting. Nobody told me to do that, so I'm not sure it's going to work every time, but I sure hope it works this time because it's already done!

On the table
Recently I've been trying to get back into watercolours. At first I chose the wrong colours I think. I was lucky because my co-workers know a lot more than me about painting and kind of steered me back on course.
Watercolours is kind of difficult but I'm so excited by all the colours that I don't feel so discouraged most of the time. I mess up a lot though. Like, 50% of the time I make something that is completely unusable.
It's kind of fun sometimes to do something you don't know how to do, I guess.

Pop Up!
I made this 3d diarama paper thing for my drawing class. It's pretty unlikely it'll ever be seen in any other context but it's probably still worth a look so here it is!
It was really super fun to make, even though making rocks out of paper is not as obvious as I had initially thought.
