Words and Picutres at Meghan and Dee's blog

As I'm sure you can imagine I am really really jazzed!

 

As an aside, the most recent drawing I did for Dee's new story is my very first one with Derivan Liquid Pencil, which I talked about not so long ago here.  I got a lot of nice texture and it is so much more forgiving than ink! It was such a pleasure to work on and try something new.

Handtype

When I get blocked or frustrated with a drawing I like to draw words or letters. I really like doing type by hand, for projects or for fun, even if I am not a very wordy person.

I usually do it while I'm listening to something else, like a podcast or a video. That's how I end up with winners like "your blood controls everything."
