Back to the usual

An unfortunate side effect of the blog has been that people stop asking to look in my sketchbook. Looking at someone's book is kind of paradoxical in that it's one of the most intimate ways you can know someone, but also one of the most painless as you don't have to talk while you're doing it.



When people don't ask to see it, I used to think they just weren't interested in getting to know me. Now I wonder if they're just reading this thing instead.
